Renovation (Second Day)
On day two I found that our kitchen was completely gone!
I'm very sorry for the poor photo composition, I'm pretty embarrassed by it.
It's pretty cool to be able to now look from the front window to the back window. Notice the chimney that had been hidden behind a wall. The kitchen's ceiling is also gone now so you can see all the way to the attic. And there are a few places in the floor where you can see into the basement.
It seems that what I thought were two-by-floors laid down flat were actually the "lath" in lath and plaster.
